Refund Policy for Ortho Academy Workshop Tickets
At Ortho Academy, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality workshops and educational experiences. If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have purchased a ticket for, please review our Refund Policy below:
Refunds for Cancellation by Ortho Academy
In the event that Ortho Academy cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund of your ticket purchase price. We will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the cancellation and process your refund.
Refunds for Cancellation by Attendee
If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have purchased a ticket for, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of your cancellation.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Ortho Academy at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop date. If you request a refund within 14 days of the workshop date, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Please note that a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative costs.
Refunds for Technical Issues
In the event that you experience technical issues with our website or virtual platform that prevent you from attending a workshop, please contact us as soon as possible at info@orthoacademy.com. We will review the issue and determine if a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.
